What this is

Rytmi is a productivity calendar product currently in development. This page (rytmi.app) is the marketing site where you can join a waitlist for early access. These terms apply to your use of this website and the waitlist.

When Rytmi launches as a full product, separate terms will apply to the product itself — we'll let you know before then.

The waitlist

By joining the waitlist, you agree that we may email you with updates about Rytmi. You can unsubscribe at any time (see our Privacy Policy).

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Rytmi when it launches. We may invite users in batches, prioritize based on fit, or change the access model entirely. We'll communicate honestly about this.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to:

• –Submit fake or stolen email addresses
• –Attempt to disrupt the site or its services
• –Spam the contact email

Disclaimers

This site and the future Rytmi product are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rytmi and its creator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the latest version. If we make material changes (changes that significantly affect your rights), we'll notify everyone on the waitlist by email before the changes take effect.
