Rytmi is operated by a sole proprietor based in Helsinki, Finland. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights under GDPR, contact hello@rytmi.app.

What we collect

When you join the Rytmi waitlist, we collect your email address and (optionally) your name. We don't collect anything else — no cookies for tracking, no analytics, no third-party scripts.

How we use it

We use your email to notify you about Rytmi — primarily when early access opens. We don't share, sell, or rent your email to anyone.

Where it's stored

Your email is stored with Tally.so, which hosts data on EU-based servers in compliance with GDPR.

If you visit this site, basic server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited) may be collected by Vercel (our hosting provider) for security and performance reasons. These logs are not linked to your email address.

How to unsubscribe

You can ask to be removed from the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@rytmi.app. We'll delete your information within 7 days of your request. Once we start sending email updates, every email will also include an unsubscribe link.

Your rights (GDPR)

If you're in the EU, you have the right to:

• –Access the personal data we hold about you
• –Correct inaccurate data
• –Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• –Object to how we use your data
• –Receive a copy of your data in a portable format

To exercise these rights, email hello@rytmi.app and we'll respond within 30 days.

Children's privacy

Rytmi is intended for users aged 13 and above. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If changes are significant, we'll email everyone on the waitlist to let them know.
